Lola was born with a sweet tooth. Not only is her family nickname "Sugar", the very first album she ever owned was "Sugar, Sugar" by the Archies. For as long as Lola can remember she's wanted to open a candy shoppe.

But first, there were some sweet distractions – a great husband and two yummy kids. Yet Lola never stopped dreaming.

“I feel like I’ve been waiting for the right moment,” says Lola. “I’m glad that my kids can now see my dream coming true. It is never too late to return to your dream.”

Lola says her dream will be complete when people stop in for treats and happy moments.

“I believe that it doesn’t take a lot to make someone happy. You don’t have to spend a lot. Candy is simple but it’s also meaningful and it’s unique,” she says. “I want my candy shoppe to make people happy!”
